1. Object
The general conditions of sale are intended, first, to inform any potential customer ("Buyer") on the terms and conditions under which the association loi 1901 WORKSHOPS BOCAGE ("Seller") proceed with the sale and delivery of products ordered, and secondly, to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products by the seller to the consumer. 3. Access to the Site

4.2. Product features, availability

4.3. Order

The sale will be considered final after the shipment to the Buyer of the order confirmation by Seller and receipt by it of the full price.
Seller recommends that Buyer retain this information on paper or a computer.
5. Payment of the price
Payment of the full price must be made when the order by the Buyer. At no time, the payments can not be considered as deposit or deposits.
The collection of the full amount of the order shall be made by the Seller at the time of confirmation of the order, or if paid by check upon receipt.

All orders are payable in Euros.

Seller reserves the right to request a copy of an ID or proof of address of the Buyer for any payment by credit card.

6. Choice of products

7. Delivery and reception
7.1 Terms of delivery
General rules:

Seller offers its customers to be delivered by Colissimo La Poste or a relay point in partnership with the TNT network, Chronopost, UPS or carrier with power appointment. Large items will not be delivered by UPS or carrier with power go to the customer's choice.
Lack of compliance with the procedures set out below, no claim of the Purchaser will be accepted.
Colissimo system of POSITION:

Buyer must verify on site the number of packages delivered and the status of each parcel. If in doubt, he must refuse the package and report any damage found to the Seller within 48 hours.
Chronopost:
Buyer is delivered to his home and sign a slip distribution. In case of absence, the Buyer or recipient of the item receives a calling card. It should then contact Chronopost to either go collect your parcel at a point of withdrawal Chronopost or ask a second presentation of the package at home or have the availability to the post office.
Buyer must verify, in the presence of an officer of the post office or delivery person, the state of the packaging of the goods and content delivery. If in doubt, he must refuse the package and report any damage found to the Seller.
Delivery by UPS:
The Buyer is delivered to his home by the delivery company UPS and electronically sign an acknowledgment.
In case of absence, the Buyer or recipient of the item receives a calling UPS, which allows it to contact UPS to arrange another delivery day (possible rendezvous with the half day).
Buyer must verify in presence of the carrier the number of packages delivered and the status of each parcel. If in doubt, he must refuse the package and report any damage found to the Seller within 48 hours. In case of acceptance of (or more) packages, the Buyer shall have 48 hours to notify the Seller and the carrier if it encounters errors on the parcel (parcel damaged, broken products ...).

Delivery by carrier with power events:
The carrier will contact the customer and agrees with him an appointment.
Buyer must verify in presence of the carrier the number of packages delivered and the status of each parcel.
If in doubt, he must refuse the package and to report these incidents to the Seller.
In case of acceptance of (or more) packages, the Buyer shall have 48 hours to notify the Seller and the carrier of any abnormalities detected on its parcel (parcel damaged, broken products ...). To do so, the Purchaser shall send the carrier a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, giving details of damage noted.
In addition, Buyer shall notify Seller of such incidents.
7.2 times
The deadlines announced by the Seller correspond to the time of shipment. These times are average times communicated to the Purchaser for guidance and are calculated in working days.
The shipping times represent the time required for processing, preparation and shipping of the order, ie leaving the warehouse. These periods shall run upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.
If an order consists of several products, the shipment of the order will be the product with the shipping time is longer.
At the time of shipment, we must add the delivery time by the selected carrier (Post / TNT / Chronopost / UPS / Carrier with making appointments).

7.3 Delivery times

TNT Express delivery Relais Colis: average time announced by the service: 24 hours.

UPS: average time announced by the service: 48 to 72 hours.
Carrier: average time announced by the provider: 7 to 10 working days
Special cases (only for items in stock)
Delivery point of relay network in partnership with TNT:
All orders for in-stock product before 12:00 can be delivered in the best cases in point relay the next day before 13:00 except public holidays and weekends. In case of timeout, the client must contact within 48 hours, customer service at 0899 46 11 22 (€ 1.35 including VAT per call and 0.34 € / minute) Monday to Friday from 9 am to 20 hours, indicating the order number, the parcel number and the date and time of the first presentation of the carrier at delivery.
7.4 Issues of quality or compliance
If delivery of a product does not correspond to the order (defective or non-compliant), the Buyer must make its claim within 48 hours of signing the slip distribution.

8. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article L 121-16 of the Consumer Code, the Purchaser shall have a period of seven days from the date of receipt to return at his own expense, products ordered, for reimbursement.
The products must be returned to Seller in new condition and suitable for resale in their original state (packaging, accessories, manuals ...), duly sealed and accompanied by the invoice for the purchase.
In particular, products such as software, CDs, DVDs, CDs, games consoles, should not be unsealed so that the buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal.
Similarly, if the product has a warranty sheet or other document to be completed, it should not be filled so that the buyer can exercise his right of withdrawal.

9. Terms of repayment

10. Retention of title

During the period between the delivery and transfer of ownership, the risk of loss, theft or destruction shall be borne by the Buyer.

11. Restrictions on software
Buyer agrees to comply strictly with the terms of use of software and software licenses as established by the editors of software and software packages.

12. Warranty
12.1. Some products are sold has a manufacturer's warranty, the terms of which vary from one provider to another. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from the Seller.
If the product is identified as defective, the Seller will provide the buyer with a number of product return. This number back, decisive and indispensable condition is valid for seven days, from the number of communication back by the Seller to the Buyer. After this period, the Purchaser shall renew its request, as described above.
The defective product must be returned in its original packaging, include all of the product and its accessories and be accompanied by a legible return number of product supplied by the Seller and the serial number of the product.

All costs and risks associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the Buyer.
The product warranty will be at the manufacturer, exchanged or repaired.
12.2. Seller does not warrant the Buyer in respect of latent defects affecting the products delivered, as part of a replacement of defective products or parts making them fit for use, without being considered by the Purchaser as responsible for any harmful consequences that could result in hidden defects.
12.3. In any case, the guarantees do not cover:
replacement of consumables,
abnormal use and non-compliant products,

13. responsibility
The Seller shall not be liable for breach of contract in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and means of transport and / or communications .

14. Severability

15. No Waiver
The failure of either party not to claim a breach with the other party to any of the obligations contained in these terms and conditions of sale can not be interpreted in the future as a waiver the obligation in question.
16. Governing Law
Sales of the company BOCAGE WORKSHOPS are subject to French law.
17. Data Protection
The information collected by the Seller in any order of the Buyer are necessary for the management of the order by WORKSHOPS BOCAGE and its trading partners.
